    This plan is fit for anyone who is committed to getting results. Everything from structure, accountability, and knowledge are covered. Not only do you get text messaging and voice calls, with this plan you get to workout with me to get a hands-on workout experience. I'm able to correct form, change techniques, and step the intensity up during these sessions.
